Mother's blessings upon you!
This is a potent time of year. Not only for the remembering of the Divinity that walks the planet with us, but also for the potential we hold to invite this same Divinity within us at anytime.
Mother gives us this time of Winter Solstice as just such an invitation, that our intentions for the future can have a tremendous impact on the future we are creating. This is a powerful time to declare our dreams.
Where we put our thoughts is where we live. Higher thoughts bring us to a more expanded life. Ritual, ceremony, and prayer help anchor us in higher thoughts, potent thoughts. Our prayers during this time direct us deeper, and can be very transforming to our lives and the entire creation, as well.
One thing to carry into our prayers during this time is remembrance.
Remember what we are grateful for, first and foremost. Gratitude puts us in the feeling and the vibration of unity with what we are creating, rather than in separation from it. Gratitude opens the door for more of the same. Find yourself in gratitude through this time, and you will find the heart of the Mother.
Remember also that the creation itself would stop working without our dreams and needs: that which we need to create to sustain our selves, and that which we want to create to make our experience more fulfilling. It is our needs and our dreams that draw forth the Mother to fulfill them. If we stop needing and dreaming, we stop expanding. The whole Universe stops expanding. So as we pray to bless the journey ahead of us, let us remember that life wishes to give to us abundantly. If there is a need, there is that which can fulfill that need. If there is emptiness, there is that which will fill the void. So when we let go, in balance there is that which can take what needs to be taken. When we open up, there is that which can give to us that which needs to be given. In giving, Mother balances us, and She balances all of life.
Life can and will sustain us, heal us, bring us to peace, and continue to express its love to us in its flowers, its fruits, and its sunrises. She will do so always.
Walk with love... you are loved beyond anything you can imagine.
Happiest of Holydays!
