As many have already seen, this is a year of great change. This year we are asked to pay attention to truth. We are asked to leave far behind that which no longer serves us. We are asked to recognize our great potential to manifest new ways of moving through the world. Most of all, this year brings us the opportunity to become aware of the power of our own souls. This is a time to realize our power to know truth, our power to create what is meaningful, our power to awaken the breath of the Divine in our hearts. On this weekend of Mahashivarathri, we take an opportunity to acknowledge that which walks beside us and within us as well. The ceremonies of Mahashivarathri remind us to hold in a place of honor those who have helped us, those through whom Mother has poured out Her grace, those who have been our teachers. When we stop to honor what we've been blessed with, we create an opening within ourselves to receive more deeply and more completely from that which seeks to give to us. As the teacher on the outside is only there to awaken the teacher on the inside, remember to honor the teacher within you as well. The heart that guides you is the heart we all share. It is the one breath we all give our blessing with. Take this time to create opportunities to breathe deeply and receive the mighty blessings of the teachers that ride your every breath, lifting you in their breath towards freedom... When you breathe deeply in, also breathe deeply out the blessing of your own heart upon this world so hungry for love. These are the breaths that will change our Earth. Love you and bless you all!
