Christmas and Solstice 2006
Our love to all of you at this very auspicious time.

Christmas falls very close to the Winter Solstice this year, making it particularly powerful. Many Divine energies are very active, both because the winter solstice is a time when much can be done to set things in motion for the coming year, and also because the energy of the great master Jesus Christ is so present in the consciousness of our realm.
Jesus expressed love beyond measure. Love for the neighbor, love for the enemy, love even for those who were killing him. How is such love possible?

Such love is already within you. Such acceptance and compassion is too.

Jesus saw the light in his neighbor, his enemy, and his persecutor alike. He recognized that though their actions resulted from fear and confusion, their light was Divine.

Yes, even the persecutors of Jesus, were Divine. And it’s important to remember that, because in our own fear and confusion, we also lose our way, and forget that standing right before us is the Divine as well. It is the Divine dancing in the sunlight, or sharing with us as family.  It’s the Divine in the soft flowers and the still of the night. And it’s the Divine even that is cutting us off on the freeway. And when we take a second to rise above the fear and confusion that would have us react otherwise, we lift ourselves as Christ lifted us, and give others an opportunity to lift themselves out of their fear and confusion as well.

This constant remembering and turning to our hearts is what Jesus came to remind us of. This love is the very essence of Unity, of Ekatvam.

So this is a good year to open our hearts. We didn’t come here to cling to our hurts and fears. Take advantage of the great opportunity the Divine has provided you in this moment. In every moment. Ask to be shown the hurts, regrets, and expectations that are holding us in fear and confusion. And then give them to this Mother. I would love such a gift this year. Give them to me and don’t take them back. And let’s walk calmly forward remembering as Christ did, that we came to love… we came to be in Ekatvam.

Our love is here within you. As close as one deep breath.
