Christmas 2005 message
Dear beautiful children,

As you read this, my Swami and I are sending you love and light.

This is a beautiful time of year for the Divine. The energies of the Mother and all the masters are very close to you -- take a moment and be with them. Thank the Divine for holding you so near.

There are so many traditions to go with this season, but if you are remembering the birth of Jesus, remember also, how much he loved. He loved even those who were killing him. Can there be more love than that?
This same love that was poured into the world at that time, still lends peace to us now.

So how can we spare our selves and our world its miseries? If we can only shift some of our anger, some of our disappointment into love. Give it to the Divine Mother; ask her to return it as love. Love for the person next to us, perhaps the person who doesn't know love at all, such people truly need it.

This is how we bring about peace. We give birth to it in ourselves first. As you light your own light inside, the world gets so much brighter. It's true.
